Gareth joined Clinical Partners as a fractional technology leader in March 2024. At the time we had invested significantly in a technology transformation that was not delivering the anticipated value. Gareth conducted a full review of the situation before making numerous short term recommendations coupled with a longer term plan of continuous improvement. During his time at Clinical Partners, Gareth shifted the organisation to an incremental delivery process focused on feedback and continuous improvement. Additionally he provided valuable input into the compliance and governance org, worked with our Chief Medical Officer to develop a model to represent a shift to outcome based healthcare, and was generally available to support across many initiatives and departments.
